I absolutely love this floor plan ❤

I really love this floor plan. They took their time to design this with families in mind. For example, the guest room and bath is at the front of the house. The kids rooms with jack and Jill bath is adjacent to the mud area which is good when they are coming home from school. I love the split floor plan so the parents on one side and the kids on the other. The backyard was just the perfect size where you could enjoy but not have to spend a lifetime to upkeep lol. The kitchen is a chef dream wide, spacious with lots of cabinets and just beautiful. One thing I would add is the wall before entering the primary bedroom I would have wanted stairs leading to a bonus with the option to add an additional bed and bath. Overall this is 10 great job Perry homes.

I enjoyed the play How Does It Relates to The Perry Homes? Any One knows the answer
