I remember coming home from working 3rd shift and listening to John sermons while I fell asleep years ago. He made me want to be a preacher but God had different plans for me and God’s will is the best for us not just what we want. I’m just saying Pastor John or any man that can inspire young men to desire a better walk with Jesus needs to be told they are appreciated. Of course people have trouble with controlling their tongue and emotions….they may even say bad things about pastors or teachers or brothers and sisters in Christ. River wasn't going to go to the club that night - his friends begged him to. He was also deeply haunted by what happened to him in the cult (SA among other abuse), which was also a big contributing factor to his substance use. He would be SO proud of older brother Joaquin - he is a phenomenal actor! I just saw Joker - he did an amazing job! River would also be incredibly proud of Keanu Reeves's acting skills, as well as his kindness and generosity as a human being. It's tragic they were never able to do music together!
