Can ross procedure done on regurgitation patients?

Excellent technical overview & procedural explanations. Should advocate for earlier interventions for doing carcass carving, rather than the "wait & see", (i.e. waiting until severe regurgitation occurs to proceed), that is so common in these type cases as the conditions get worse and the patient gets weaker and sicker.

I am almost 53 and will need this exact surgery. I had Tetralogy of Fallow repaired when I was 8 and now I need to replace my pulmonary valve. I am very afraid of having another open heart surgery after so long. I also suffered an omphalocele when I was born so it's even more difficult for me.

I've just filled out an online form to learn more about this! I wasn't told that these things existed back in 2017. I was told I'd basicly need heart surgery when it gets bad. And now I'm finding out there's stuff like this just as I'm starting to feel fatigued, feeling pressure in my chest a bit. And belly is swelling. I'm 37 healthy, and try to work out every week. I've got to do something it's effecting my work now. I'd love to speak with someone who knows if I can get looked at for this.

I'm watching this and others to see what my options are. Back then the only answer they gave me was heart surgery, I never even heard of a catheter. So wow. Yes VERY interested.
