Highly recommend you to not wait for reinforcement, prefacelift cars tend to suffer the worst. If you were to take a wire brush to the RACP, you may find the spot welds starting to crack at left rear mounting point. 99-01 sedan can and absolutely will crack. Bare minimum you can install a trunk brace from above. Reinforcing from in-cabin will prevent the issue all together.
I definitely appreciate that. It did not feel good installing the subframe without reinforcing it especially with all the horror stories I’ve heard. An X brace in the trunk is coming soon. Do you think that would eliminate the need to reinforce it from below? Or be safe and do both?
@EBwiththeM4 X brace and reinforcement cups, if you have non fold down rear seats, will prevent the problem all together. X brace alone is good, front cups even better. I show the cups and a trunk brace installation as part of my more recent reinforcement video.

In Europe the lower motor was the 316i, the 328i is pretty fast..
Love the 2.8s my 2.8 in my e36 was my favorite out of all my e46/36s keep it up!

Gotta work a little on the editing, you keep putting music a little too early and it blocks out what you are saying and also the transitions are a little trippy, but overall solid video, solid content, 21st sub, not the biggest fan of cream colour interior but everyone has different tastes :D

@@EBwiththeM4 loving the energy, thats what all good content creators have, a passion. i would love to start making content but sadly too busy with work and dont have the funds to start (meaning no parts) but probably will start coming this winter, hopefully will get a 330i :D
you can heat up the seatbelt buckles red parts and secure it with ceramic coat to get their faded pink look to a bright red one back again.

@@manrider1019 In terms of what? The mounting points on the seats are slightly more narrow then factory E46 points. You will need a custom bracket.
