3:40 I HATE the reversed notes so much. There's nothing worse after a long flight and sleep deprivation to hear this schizo music.

I prefer the more open business class arrangement on the 787, A330 and A380s. I felt trapped like inside a confessional box and it’s quite dark and dingy. The service seems a lot slower and you cannot see much around you, even with the door open.

Whoever designed the lounge access scheme for business ticket holders is stupid. You are not always entitled to access a business lounge if you are a business traveler!! I just couldn’t get it. Why can’t they just be like Emirates?
