What about local anesthesia?

My case was unilateral. I was 20 at the time. $100 for consultation. $10,050 for surgery, that includes anesthesia, facility, vitamins, etc. $100 for scar cream and $100 for a second compression garment. I forgot how much meds cost, but i only used the antibiotics and no pain meds for post op.

My wife had a mid face facelift meaning not the forehead done in Malaysia.and lower and upper Bleps. We had to stay for two weeks and she had a nurse visit her most days at our hotel. Stiches were taken out on day 14. She was miserable for the first 7 days but even Co2 laser treatment will be like this too. She got the numbness on her jaw line up to her earlobes and it took years to totally disapear but it never bothered her. Its been 11 years now and she still looks great at 63. No regrets, but she wants the Co2 laser done for skin resurfacing and fine lines and wrinkles.

Have you ever done fat graft for someone with tuberous breasts? I have a mild case, lacking the under part of my breasts. As of right now I care more about my shape than the size.

Question I am at week 8 out from co2 fractional laser Apparently I had a festoon which this treatment has left me with a small lump of edema on one cheek 🤦‍♀️ lymphatic drainage, jade rolling, ice and pressing on it will not get it out. 🤦‍♀️ maybe in time? and second question, my neck and chest looks kinda waxy Wondering if that will settle down ? Would a lift reduce the size? If the breasts are larger in size, say 34 HH is the surgery more painful as a lot of tissue is removed as opposed to say, 32FF where less tissue is removed?
