Night Leg and hand Twitching. I briefly woke up when you see me remove and then replace my CPAP mask. I was unaware of all the movement prior to that, but that is what woke me. The best way I can describe it is a strong ache, irritation, itch in my knees under my knee cap. Takes quite a while for me to get to sleep as the only relief I get is from wiggling my feet and legs to, "wear out" what is causing it. My now X-wife always complained about me twitching and taking her covers at night, now I understand. Probably why she had started sleeping in another room.
