My goals for this channel are to make you fall back in love with nature and wildlife. To inspire you to get out and experience it for yourself, and to provide a first person experience to those of you who aren't able to do so.
i do my best to capture the feeling of being on location by focusing on the highlights of the area, while utilizing music that i feel matches it.
I plan to upload recipes, some fun videos of my cats, and as i get more comfortable talking to camera, I'm hoping to create some video essays as well .

Nice video. I was there a few weeks ago.
Awesome video. I did this hike just 2 days prior and that waterfall at the 3.5 mile mark had receded substantially in 2 days. On the 13th there was no way to traverse that spot without getting drenched. Which was pretty refreshing actually.
Thanks for watching! Thats crazy how fast it receded! You're right, it was really refreshing on the way down. It started to get pretty hot so i was definitely looking forward to that part of the trail.

This is why a lot of us wear breathable trail runners that drain quickly rather than boots. It's nice when you can march through the water without worrying.

First of all, way to conquer that beast of a hike ! You did a great job of documenting the trail. I’ve got it on my list to do this summer and you showed us what we are all up against. You did this in the spring? I’m wondering if I should bring water shoes if I do it this summer.
@Beyond2020 Thank you! Yes, I think it was the beginning of June. The water was really high, so water crossings were a mess. High water made it fun and different, but I've heard it's not always that hard to cross. If you have the room in your pack, it wouldn't hurt to bring them. Definitely wear boots with more ankle support. My feet and ankles were exhausted after this. We've actually been ordering Burritos the night before for our lunch day-of. The extra calories help so much. Good luck and enjoy it! Glad I could help you prepare!

@Beyond2020 Thank you! Glacier was incredible, it's worthy of the hype! We carried bear spray the whole trip. This was the only time we saw a grizzly. Fortunately, it wasn't big and just wanted to get away from people. Theres some amazing trails out there, I highly recommend it!

Thanks for a terrific video of the Wildcats! Really well done! You showed it as I wanted to see it. Looks tough but not impossible. Those verticals are my biggest fear.
It was definitely tough, but as you said, it's not impossible. The verticles are after a nice warm up rather than later on in the hike, so your legs are still fresh. The trail is on the longer side, but the views are incredible. If you liked this video, i have a bunch of other videos from the whites as well. Thank you so much for watching!
