I got a better solution...we should just get rid of stairs and make all of them into slip and slides...it'll be so much fun.xx

@akulax2 The main issue that I know of is that you can't drive a vehicle from it or use an easylock or similar auto-locking device, so insurance companies weren't covering this great tech & the iBot lost it's funding. That's what I've understood, it's sad cause this chair was fantastic in every other area & would help so many users

@AnthonyWW68 i totally agree w/ your first response, i wanted to know what the chair would do, push the limits a little. no i didn't keep it, the chair wouldn't lock into my van so i couldn't drive from it, i wouldn't be able to use it everyday. the chair is sick but they need to figure out a lock for it, if they do i will be buying it right away, too bad they have now lost their funding. hopefully one of these days it'll be back.

they are incredible, i have muscular dystrophy, thats why i asked how much they were, not my first choice, but i plan on getting one eventually.
