Переглядів 1,4 тис.9 років тому
This is a non-sped up version of me painting a tribal bull skull with feathers shirt inspired by a tank top that Chloe Price wore in Life is Strange (the totally amazing episodic video game ua-cam.com/video/jloyb3n9FPQ/v-deo.html). I recorded this a whiiiiile back (April) and tried to edit/upload it but for whatever reason there were a few currupt video files and I shelved it out of frustration...
✩ DIY Graphic T-shirt Painting Tutorial ~ 3 Shirts ✩
Переглядів 27 тис.9 років тому
In this video I'll be showing you how to paint your own graphic t-shirts using screen printing ink. I prefer using screen printing ink to any other DIY graphic t-shirt method that I've tried because the screen printing ink doesn't add a stiff or waxy feel to the shirt, especially when watered down a bit. Anyway I hope you enjoy this video and it inspires you to make your own graphic tee, if you...
DIY Dreamcatcher T-shirt Painting (Real-Time)
Переглядів 225 тис.10 років тому
This is a non-sped up version of me painting a dreamcatcher on a plain t-shirt that is featured in my DIY graphic T-shirt video (ua-cam.com/video/Y5BPxyu3jTs/v-deo.html) where this painting is sped up. I thought some people would want to see these clips in real-time. Some bits are missing (due to my memory card filling up, camera battery dying, etc) but most of the process is here. I really lov...
Amaaaanzing I really love the that you panting this t-shirt waaw coool
is this washer & dryer friendly?
Is that water? Shouldnt you be using medium ?
I guess if you have screen printing ink medium, use that if you want. Water works fine, it makes painting details easier and then evaporates when it dries. Never had any negative effects of using water and it's free/easily available. :)
When I add water in fabric paint then paint is spread out of design on cloths. What I do for that.
Don't add so much water, the fabric paint should still be somewhat viscous. Start with a little bit of water and test it, add more if you need to.
Don't add water in fabric paint instead add medium in it
fulll lepo
I want to know if the pattern you just drew resists washing once
I've lost count of the number of times I've washed it, the design is still there.
ur little bit confused by painting the leaf...
what type of ink/dye did you use?
Beautiful! As it did not appear there was any pencil/line drawing of the dream catcher, it is even More amazing that you painted that 'free hand'!! Quite stunning!
Your video was very easy to relax and get motivated with: thank you.
You can use Adhesive to tack the shirt down. itll hold better.. and u can also use a pencil to stencil the drawing...
beautiful! you are talented
if i use real black ink instead of fabric ink is it ok? will it wash of?
Wow what talent! I could only wish to be this good!
I want to paint my coach .is it possible to do by this way ?
AWESOM!!!Thank's informasion. i like this.
can i use acrilik paint?
que lindo
oye tienes muuuuuucho talento felicidades!!
Bravissima hai un talento speciale per disegnare quel acchiappa sogni e meraviglioso pensa che prima di aprire il video pensavi fosse un tatuaggio
wow this is amazing! youre so talented!
which colour u have used
One question: is it washable? I'm planing on doing something similar but i actually want to wear it and be able to wash it all I can without he colors fading (I know they're gonnas fade with time, but I hope it's not with just one wash for example)
+Ryu Ryoshi Yes it's washable, just make sure that you heat set it (Allow to dry and then heat set with a household iron at medium setting for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.) I've washed this shirt many times and it's only faded a tiny bit (which is to be expect). Good luck :)
#Brasil, eu não consigo desenhar assim nunca lkkk
iv painted the same t shirt as well, but I decided to put all the little shapes in it. you did a good job and I wished i did it like this
+Blue Life Thanks :) If you wish you'd done yours differently you could always do it again!
I like this shirt and the painting you made on it. You are super creative. Subscribed to your channel so I can see new videos. You can sign up for free on www.promoticus.com and show your talent.
I loved was beautiful congratulations, keep on.....
why did you use water with the paint?? I also draw t-shirts but i don't use water. :)
+katerina dreamer13 I originally tried painting with the paint as it came but found that I couldn't get the thin lines or variation in opacity (like in the feathers) without watering it down. I also prefer the feel of the finished shirt when I water the paint down, it never gets that "stiff" feel like I sometimes experienced with the non-watered down paint. I think the consistency of the paint really varies by brand, I'm glad that you have a method that works for you :)
Thanks for your answer:-) I will try it too,to see if it is better. I liked your video and you draw very nice . Keep going.
cudownie:) love
where can you get shirts to design on? I only have 2 shirts
+shiyrah addie I bought this shirt at Micheals craft store. I've also bought plain shirts on amazon, amzn.to/1FJRux9 & amzn.to/1FJRBIX are both soft/comfortable shirts...I own a few of each. I hope that helps :)
+Behind Makeup & Hair thank you!
+Behind Makeup & Hair hi
So beautiful! Feathers especially.
how can i make this diy paint?
I loved it
This shirt painting of the dream catcher is simply amazing! I just really wanted you to know that you did a fantastic job on this and that you are very talented! :)
Where did you find those pictures?
What kind of paintbrush are you using ? How big is it
Dawn Nappa Hi, most of the video I'm using a Protege 508 angled shader 1/4". I got it in a cheap pack of brushes a few years ago at the campus bookstore and it is somehow still a favorite. For reference here is the pack that I got: www.connoisseurart.com/brushes/photo508VP.asp and at the bottom of this page is a store locator where this brand is sold: www.connoisseurart.com/stores/ You also can get them on Amazon: amzn.to/1Paxc0h though I think that any small synthetic nylon angled shader would work well.
Awesome !! Thank you !!!!
excellent video, what kind of paint you use?
Yaneth Garcia Hi, the paint is: Speedball Fabric Screen Printing Ink in black, if you have a Michaels near you they probably carry it (mine does) and with the Michaels app you can almost always get a 40% off coupon so I recommend that, but I also have links in the description if you want to buy from Amazon. Thanks for watching :)
ALGUN DIA (?
Is it just water you added to the textile? Or a paint thinner?
Just filtered water. Thanks for watching!
So gorgeous I'm in love with this 😍😊
@Evelyn Chew Thanks! Yup, you just iron it. Here's the instructions from the Speedball website for the paint I used: "Allow to dry and then heat set with a household iron at medium setting for 3 to 5 minutes on each side."
Thanks for replying it worked out really well
So do u need to iron it That was amazing
@betzy perez No it doesn't wash off, I used fabric (screen printing) ink and once it is set with heat (an iron) it is permanent. Thanks for watching!
Does the paint wash off??
Omg is gorgeous
