We were quite literally IN the clouds for most of our stay at Black Rock Mountain State Park! Good memories of riding to the cotton gin with my Pop Patrick, whose acreage was next to the Withlachoochee River in Brooks County.
Brings back a lot of fond memories of my Pop Patrick’s farm near the Withlachoochee! I had a source of “free” cotton balls back then. I remember riding with him in his Chevy pickup truck to the gin behind the big container of cotton. 💕
