Little Demon t.v series - a christian response
Переглядів 9732 роки тому
Coming to Disney plus in Australia and New Zealand is a new show called 'Little Demon'. It is every bit as awful as you think and even worse. This show isn't even rated for children so why Disney is bringing it onto their platform blows my mind. Currently it has no other release dates for other regions but I'm certain they are coming. You mention about how YOU discipline your children and you speak about YOUR children. You haven't once mentioned your husband. The scripture states Father....not mother. Is your husband directing the discipline? How have you decided between you and your husband what to discipline and how to discipline your children?

James 3.5-6, Philippians 2.14-15, Colossian 3.23-24 Thank you for being honest, i too find "mommy mode" difficult to get out of the flow and be patient when a child doesn't listen the first time (for a 6 year old), do you continue the time-out every time? What do you do when doing chores as a family and a child gets angry and goes to their room

Taking scriptures as one offs doesn't really say much. Anyone can do that, however you are not going to quote scripture that does not support your belief. I think it is shameful to use the bible to not tell the entire story. If you want to study the bible, that is one thing, but don't use it to support as an agenda because than you lose the Bible's true meaning. 9:20 Ask them what this scripture means? After David had finished talking with Saul, Jonathan became one in spirit with David, and he loved him as himself.” (1 Samuel 18:1) David says of Jonathan: “Your love for me was wonderful, more wonderful than that of women.” (2 Samuel 1:26).

Thank you so much for these videos. God has awakened me and opened my eyes to how discipleship and discipline must go hand and hand. I think the only way I could have seen my faults is through finding your videos for guidance. I would like to know if you could do a series on Toddlers and how to disciple and discipline a toddler who may not understand what scripture means or how to control emotions. What do we do for a toddler who doesn't listen? So far, I have implemented the discipleship aspect to discipline and it has improved our days drastically. However, we are having a hard time feeding scripture to our toddler with big emotions. People are so familiar with the age of terrible 2s and even worse 3s. But does it have to be so bad? Thank you for helping!

Good advice, but I have to correct you on one. In the psalms, David is not saying he was born a sinner. He is talking about his conception! He was born out of sin, the sin of his mother. We don't know if she was a fornicator or an adulterator, but it is absolutely not saying he was born already a sinner. Later in the psalms it says that God has fearfully and wonderfully made. David. Did God fearfully and wonderfully create sinners in the womb? That's a contradiction. There's not one scripture that says we are born already sinners or even with a sin nature. We become guilty of sin when we begin sinning. And we don't begin sending until we know the difference between right and wrong. And when we choose wrong. To him, it is sin. That is what the Bible says. The Bible says that the kingdom of heaven belongs to children and that we should become like children. What a contradiction to say that children are already sinners and also that the kingdom of heaven belongs to them, when Jesus himself said that sinners do not make it to heaven!
