Oh nice! I did a lemon theme last year for July. Lemons are a really great theme and kind of fun to draw. Loved it. 😍

Thank you Glenda 🥰 I actually wanted to include my opinion on the colors, but left it out. Because honestly, I love almost every color mixture. I think, I would have pointed out all of them and than the video would have been too long 🤣🫣 btw. I also did a chart with my watercolours because I wanted to have that for them as well. Hi theoretically you go more precise the more you get in time. So let’s say you have a goal. First you name it in your yearly set up, then devide your goals into quarterly goals. In the next step you would plan to achieve the goals in having monthly to do’s. And in the weekly you would get more precise on each step to achieve your goal for the year. However I’m not that precise in my planning because goals kind of stress me out 😅😆 so I use future log for dates I already know about. Like vacation, festivals, birthday and so on. These dates you would transfer to your monthly set up when setting it up. My to do’s section is for the whole month. I wanted to have a place where I can note the to dos I need to get done in the actual month but are not time relevant. So I can squeeze them in whenever I have spare time. And in my weeklies I write my defined to do’s for work and private stuff. So you are right in saying there is some repeating but technically that is because you get more precise 🤔 I hope that was understandable 😅

It really is. But it was totally worth it. It looks great at the wall and I already looked up some mixes before starting to paint something. 👌 And my back is fine again, too 🤣👍

Thank you 🥰🥰 It‘s the same for me. In my opinion, watercolour is more difficult to handle than gouache. With gouache you can overdraw little mistakes, which is awesome. But I must confess, the way I use gouache is more on the watercolour side, I guess. I use a lot of water so I can use kind of a wet on wet technique. That makes the colours easier to blend. And when I want to colour on top of another colour, I use less water so the colour is more opaque. ☺️ try it out and tell me if it worked 😃

@@MY.Design_and_Lettering Good morning Miri, I took your advice and tried more water on the gouache to use it more on the watercolour side and the outcome was not that bad (in fact, I was quite content 😊). And I practised a lot and now I have got the hang of using gouache with only little water, but just for small things, like leafs or flowers. But it takes a lot more practicing 😂 Thank you again and have a nice time🎉
