那么简单，考你个姥姥啊。串联电路，节能灯是高阻吸收了绝大多数电压，白炽灯电压不够就不发光，换成两个白炽灯，平均分压都亮，但亮度不够，每个灯的消耗功率是额定功率的1/4。
已经亮了，只是不够亮，看不出来罢了。

题目有问题，因为没有说明灯泡和节能灯功率分别是多少。 这是串联电路，电流一样。根据N=I*I*R 假如节能灯功率(13w)比灯泡(100w)小，电阻大很多，所以亮。 当换成两个同样的灯泡，电阻差不多，功率也差不多，亮度也差不多亮。
依據歐姆定律,這就是很典型的分壓原理,兩個燈泡串聯,因同一條線電流相同,而相異燈泡負載不同電阻也會不同,因此電壓大部分會集中在負載低阻抗高的那個燈泡之上,所以螺旋燈泡亮了,但若換成兩個相同的燈泡,則電壓會被平均分壓,所以燈泡亮了,嚴格來說應該是半亮.
