A good technique is taking micro breaks. You don't need a month vacation most times but a day or two is okay. A day in a space that isn't your space so it's unfamiliar and you can focus. We aren't rich men so we have to do the ground work for the ones that come after us. This life is not for us unless you're doing this for you, then sure.

Don't forget the saying "beat the iron while it hot", you have youth on your side, I'm 57 and now getting a chance to do what I really love, because I sacrificed and put in the "hard work" when I had the energy. A vacation is always good. Last. Hire people to do the bull work or what you don't like to do, a good team makes all the difference......do it while you can afford to. You've reached the "obsessive" point in what you love doing. Embrace it.

Jamel you should do some short courses in management it will definitely help you in your business handling workers etc. Blessings ❤

Mental health comes first

Keevo and Sampson relatable to me but the other guy with his standard proper English was throwing it off for me.

@CertifiedSampson There is another youtuber, "Good Mythical Morning" what they do is make a few pre recorded videos and then release them on 5 days of the week instead of normally 7 days for the 2 months of vacation that they take (5x8=40) they also have a clip saying that they are on vacation and when they will be back to start the new season before each video.

Men holding space and holding each other like this is so wholesome and needed.

All yall in this space and Sampson specifically are pioneers and role models for young people. I'm very proud to reference these names to my students in all my drama and Theatre Arts classes.
