What issues are u having with them? So I'm aware. I just do videos on So many sites. And thus far for me Moozi has been great. Anything I should watch out for?

@@Socialbutterflyslots a lot of my writers can’t even get on to the site. I can’t either from my phone but I can on my laptop. It give a warning message that it may be a dangerous site. When I first went to do the verification.. they didn’t ask for my id which I thought was odd but ok so I joined I cashed out $168 of the $5 sign on. There was an issue connecting my bank. Reached out to the chat we tried a few things finally connected it and I did get the money. But then I go in a few days later. My banks no longer connected. I’ve been trying to cash out another $100 and now they can’t seem to connect it again … been back and forth with chat for a week and then boom the chat option has now entirely disappeared for me. So still waiting to cash out. Next problem is really more from sweepstakes writers. They are very vague on the sweeps rules on what goes on the actual envelope all they have in the terms is that you have to put their address so per the post office we have to put a return address on there so reached out. Ask them if that was fine. They said OK then put the template exactly how the terms say into the e-book and gave it to the entire community, everybody started writing to them. One of the writers then reached out herself to confirm and they sent her a template which was very odd because none of these companies ever will send you a template. They’ll tell you to refer to the sweeps rules, but they did and it the information they have on their template is nothing like what is in their sweeps rules. It said it had to be in black ink. Had to have your name your email postal code and none of that is in their sweeps rules so then when we reached back out by email because Chad is no longer available for me We we’ve been writing we’ve been following your sweeps rules to the tea and now you guys are saying that this is what it’s supposed to be but that’s still not in your terms so are we gonna get our credit and they simply stated that it is hopeful that we will receive our credit, but they can’t guarantee it due to the information WE have missing. I was like noooo WE have it just as your terms state … YOU are missing information in YOUR terms. So it’s been an uproar in the community to deal with. Then they state we will have our drops in 7-14 days. It’s in the terms. It’s been a month and nothing. So there that. But what’s concerning the most is that sooo many of us can’t connect our banks. Which if we can’t then it’s pointless cause we can’t cash out It’s been a headache to say the least

​@desilynn4681 OMG that's terrible. I have never had any issues with them before. I play and redeem from them weekly. I just redeemed 100 Saturday and it was in my account by Sunday. I'm sorry it's been like that for people. I honestly had no idea! 😢

I lose AT Max $200 per week (100 on social casinos and 100 land based casinos) to make my videos. But if I win or break even I cash out and invest in the next set of videos. And I genuinely have fun doing it! Even More now that I have a better laptop. Lol. I'm from ohio so the weather is allll over the place right now! Cold in the morning. Hot at 3pm. I personally do not write into any social casinos. However, to my knowledge, the social casino that offer write in services do have to honor them per sweepstakes laws. A few social casinos have gotten away from write in services by doing loyalty/rewards/giveaway promotions. I just did a redemption (just barely squeezed one out lol) I will update how long it takes.

The redemption did come through to my bank account. Took a Lil under a week.

@karenmontanez38 it was kinda difficult getting bank account verified. They ask for pictures of the cards u use but u have to cover so many numbers with paper to keep ur info safe so It was kind of a pain in the butt. But once it was all said and done took about 4 days.

@karenmontanez38 the first redemption took about 4 business days. (I redeemed on Saturday had funds in my account in Thursday) make sure u get verified that always speeds things you if u r pre-verified.

I just did a redemption will update how long it takes.

My 2nd (test) redemption took a Lil under a week.
