First, lower a screen time to lowes you are able to. Then go to a field trip alone and survive of minimum stuff you take with you. Bring flower oil and fishing rod and live of lake for a week or two. Don't bring sugar, find berries or others fruit and don't bring smartphone take old phone with you. Mb dedicated gps device tent and firestarter kit and of course cattel, pot and pan, axe and knife and cutting board. Don't forget the bedding bting mat and sleeping bag. You need to ground your brain. This will help I promise, you probably struggle with data overload as meny ppl born in age of screens. This will be mentally painful at first but when you'll eat your first properly deserved meal all start change.
