Love the minimus 7 speakers and own a few. Great little speakers. Interesting repair, but that woofer is not installed properly. Looks like it needed the opening widened a bit to get a flush fit...which is VERY important.

Hey DJ, over the past year I've dipped into the vintage stereo addiction. I purchased a Kenwood KR 7400 and used it for a couple of months before I was deployed and had to be away from the states while my belongings sat all summers long in an un-air conditioned apartment for about three months here in steamy Florida. When I returned, I noticed there is some scratchiness as I adjust the volume up and down - it's only merely a nuisance, but I feel as though it's not transmitting the same volume power to the speakers as it was before. Is this something I'm merely imagining, or is this something that happens in conjunction with the scratchy controls? Thanks.
