As many of you may know I have multiple coaches. Caroline being the main one. But for the past 2 years Chris has been playing a big role in programming and coaching as well. You can see here what this looks like in a training session. I also had some visit from Benoit Boulanger to take on some training. Welcome to my channel! This is my first video. I will make more, so don't hesitate to ask what you would like to see in the comment section. This is a morning session at the gym. Not a full day. I will show more in the future videos. Enjoy!

The champ 🎉
Seeing all my crossfit heros with $10k cold tubs has me thinking I need to skip a mortgage payment and buy one in order to get strong like Jeff. Unless chilly Goat wants to sponsor a mid 30s accountant 😂
😂
Would you guys be able to do a video on what benefits you have experienced personally from introducing these recovery methods and how you adjusted them to find the optimal times, temps etc for you?
I was perfectly happy with my set up at home of cold plunge and sauna until I see your video... Now I need that Valaris Hot & Cold tub...
hi FIOBOC wants to work with you~!
Hi FIoBOC wants to work with you!
big respect to your decision u re incredible athlete but u showed also how big human u are ! support from serbia !
Jeff I think you were right to pull out. To me, I can’t support an organization that demonstrates pure negligence. Lazar was in distress long before he drowned. He had no support at all. CrossFit games cost cutting was evident in event one. No divers, no paramedics following, just a few volunteers that didn’t even bother to check on anyone. His drowning was very typical, and they should have seen the signs. Trained support staff for triathlons are taught the signs of swimmer distress. This was a needless drowning.
Really like this guy
Good luck this year Jeff! super excited to see you win again this year❤🇨🇦
one of the only crossfitters i have EVER heard say "its okay to listen to your body and let it go", what a BREATH of fresh air. such a freeing mindset. we don't have to push, push, push to the point of injury when the goal is greater.
you will slay the comp. floor fella! Prove em` wrong and keep killin it!
Really cool that you explain how you deliberately back off an exercise to make sure you don't get hurt. It's so easy _not_ to listen to your body. You're setting a great example in every way! Really looking forward watching you at the games - the best of luck to you!💪
how do you recover from all that???
i just can't comprehend how you can lift so much weight. i mean yes you train a lot etc but i can't get my head around it. when i say you, i mean all top level crossfit athletes males and females. i did crossfit for years and never even managed to become an Rx athlete as i never developped enough strength. mindblowing to see really. well done and good luck at the games. it doesn't matter where you finish at the games, if you make it to the games, you're an absolute beast; actually, you make it to the semi finals and you're a beast already even if you finish last.
Yeah, the top level athletes are usually way stronger than your recreational CrossFit athletes because they don't just follow the Crossfit programming that most affiliates follow for their members. Rx athletes typically follow their own strength program that is either specifically designed by their coaches or are known powerlifting/weightlifting plans to increase their max load. On top of that they will do accessory work to grow and strengthen muscle/joints which will of course help in increasing their loads. And of course ON TOP of all this they throw in your classic Crossfit metcons/cardio and mono structural pieces/skill work to keep fit or get fitter. So yeah, that's why games athletes are usually way stronger than your Crossfit affiliate members/recreational Crossfitter.
nice work Champ
J’adore quand tu parles français ❤
That's some serious hard workout! 💪💯👌
Good content, good luck at the games! Back to back!
Alot of ppl don’t understand how tough this is. Training volume is insane. What it takes to be the best! Cant wait to sit back and enjoy the show!
The sound effects when he gets up and sits down tells us he gonna be here for a long time 💪 😅
lol right away my shoulders cried watching you roll the wood pole! 🤣
Even when exhausted, that 200lb sandbag looks like easy work - I've got a ways to go before mine flies to my shoulder that fast! All worth it when you're atop the podium next month
They keep overlooking you. Prove em wrong!
Agreed! I don’t hear many people having Adler to repeat or even podium this year 🤔
😅😅😅
You’re a beast! Looking forward to the games and watching you compete. Best of Luck!
what an animal! all the best 👊🏽🇰🇳
Not many people have you repeating this year. That’s dangerous! You’re looking fitter than ever!
Keep the videos coming regularly champ we all love watching you ❤️
Really enjoying the content glad there will be more. Total classic I'm going easy but hits it hard. Here's looking at the Fittest Man 2024 💯
OMG!😮 Your really do some serious hard workout. 🏋♂️ WOW 👌
Adler saying he does .com workouts again....crossfit still not putting any energy promoting this -_- @hillerfit 🦇
What was your pace on the rower?
A bit below 1:40/500
Hi from 🇨🇴. Can you tell me what is the .com you are talking about in this video please🙏
Hilarious! Makes comments on the 30" box jumps and "short legs" and his coach makes him do 42" box jumps in this workout. That's the way to do it!
Jumping is fine…step down not so much🤣
Let's goo ! Québec represent 💙
Haha saying thanks to Jayson for his mistake, perfect Adler :)
great stuff! Love the content!
Casually buys a woodway lol
Rogue supplied, shouted out in the video - I'd like to think it was comped. Still though, what an awesome setup to have and train in. Hope to see Jeff repeat in August
Bon feeling!! 🤗
Le reve!!🇨🇦
Jeff 2024 fittest man on earth I’m calling it
