Track one is a joke and inside joke. The album is named from zero partly because Linkin Park's first band name was Xero. And the girl asking the question finally realized why the album is named from zero.

Hey just one little note (good vid btw, loved the lack of fluff between each song), "from zero" does mean what you said, but what Mike's daughter at the start was about to say was "from your first name", as the original name for Linkin Park (before Hybrid Theory was changed), was actually "xero", and that was even before they had Chester as a part of the group.
