Hey bro! How can I learn to play in every key? I can play barre chords, but I don’t really know what chords to play in different keys. How can I learn all of the chords and keys on the fretboard?
It takes time and patience sitting down to start learning the notes on the fretboard. This will help you know where to find spots in different keys or for different chords. It’s a very broad question hard to answer on a little reply.
Learn your basic chord shapes, start to also understand that pieces of the barre shapes u know can be used as chords and are moveable. Then learn what chords go into what keys, and then what notes belong to the chords. For example, key of D: D, G, A, Bm are your main four chords you’ll see etc. Also learn to use a capo too, it’s not a weakness. So if you played those chords mentioned above, with a capo on 2nd fret, you would now be in the key of E, etc.

Thanks for putting content online. I feel the need to let you know, your opening riff is off by 1 eighth note. The first note is a pickup, and the second is the down beat. Just a heads up!
Not sure about that. Seems right to me and it’s worked just fine when I’ve played it live. Yes with a click and actual drummer I come in early to hit the downbeat just right. Thx

What is HX one used for? How were you getting the feedback with FM3?
It’s kinda like an H9, can add one effect all from the line 6 library, except amps or cabs. I love it for modulation, pitch, some delays or a few reverbs if needed. Yes, there’s a “feedbacker” in the HX one. Still dialing it in. So there are several spots in this set I use it for different things too since the fm3 is a little limited.

Tryn to figure last part out after solo and u do the power chords? Can u give me tabs on that. I'm a beginner.
Don’t really have time to sit and tab it out. It’s just two note power chords if you slow the video down you can see where my index is and if my pinky is down or not. The other fills in there are single note lines so slow it down and work on matching the sound, good ear training too. 👍
do you have the lead tabbed out at all? video's a little dark, hard to see which strings you're playing. I'm making it my mission to learn this song.
No tab. It’s just by ear. I’m playing the G and B string mostly on the lead and the open high E comes into the other parts.

It’s more about parts and some licks that fit over the chord changes. It’s a lot of pentatonic and major scale stuff in Ab. Also with a Hendrix and Mayer kinda feel with double stops and licks.
Sounds awesome to me with your make of it! Makes me want to dust off my old "Scamcaster" (fake Strat rip off) and play along. It's hard to see a lot of the finger chord positions from that angle looking up rather than from above looking down, but I'd like to give it a shot soon when I find the time since being retired for 8 years now and wondering how I ever had the time to work a full time job all those years? 😂
Have to disagree with it being a fake strat rip off, not sure where that comes from. Similar but different sounds some. Part of this is working it out by ear and knowing your chords. That’s what this is mostly. I watched him play it some live and worked it out by ear, the video isn’t perfect but it’s what I have to work with. There’s two guitar parts and they go together well, this is the main part mostly. Good luck
