You're too quick in the last stage, so you're turning it over again and then sewing on stitching?
Right, last step is stitching on top of the previous stitching from the wrong side of the fabric

Love the style. But I'm confused about how to close and sew underbust seam. I tried doing it according to how I understood the instructions but somehow when turning it back out it was a jumble. Obviously I put the wrong seams togother or didnt sew in right place. I've watched the video but it's so fast I didn't get it. Please help

What is the bias tape for and is it necessary?
You might mean fusible stay tape? It’s thin fusible tape used to strengthen edges as well as prevent fabric edges from fraying.
And if you don’t have stay tape you can cut out from fuseable interfacing
