WebCam Boy JMatt93
WebCam Boy Joseph was interviewed via his web cam on the local TV channel about his new book shown in the broadcast. I read it & recommend it to others, to see how he came through the experience of going to London, being caught up in the drug scene, his recovery, then afterwards, his life at home.

Demolition of 50 Redland Court Road, Bristol
Переглядів 193 тис.10 років тому
5o Redland Court Road has been slowly subsiding for a long time & the cost of underpinning was prohibitive. So it has now been demolished & a semi detached house will be built in it's place.

Part 3 Forest of Dean Mechanical Organ Museum
Переглядів 1,1 тис.14 років тому
In about 1998 I visited this museum which is privately run by the owner, who I believe inherited it from a relation. We were all enchanted on hearing the various mechanical devices. Some familiar others completely new to us. The organ played in Pt 2 are the best one of all. I hope you enjoy it all as much as we did. Its well worth a visit to the Museum & The Forest area has loads of beauty spot...

Not sorry to see low end coach roaches, beg bug places go, Everyone deserves better.
So it was cheaper to knock down the old one underpin foundations for a new one and then build................. yeah right
Why are they knocking that lovely home dpwn
I've took down plenty of big old buildings with a 20 ton DOOSAN rubber duck in a day!!
I was in that throng somewhere, we slept on the Moor overnight. Five of us and a Border Collie. Thanks for the flash back 👍 Si.
See the rebuild tap link. ua-cam.com/video/aUFGVJebIaY/v-deo.html
ua-cam.com/video/aUFGVJebIaY/v-deo.html. This link shows the land afterwards with 2 houses!
About how old is that home?
great vid, nice job !
what's the beautiful piece of music?
It is played by a friends wife, I am not sure what it is sorry!
Thanks for posting this... Brings back a lot of memories
Such a shame was a nice well built house
7:35. Skill or incredible luck? You decide. Either way entertaining stuff!!!!!
Why was it being demolished
The level of subsidence was too far gone to repair . Shame as it's a lovely house.
soooooooooooooooo much stuff could of been salvaged from that house
Hab das Gefühl, dass im Bagger ein Neuling sitzt
Too many negative slow comments. Rookie operators are sent to demolition sites to acquire their skills where they are not around other workers. When they pass a skills test, they will be assigned to construction sites where they will safely work around other workers. Notice how he only makes one machine function at a time, the sign of an apprentice operator. What a great place to learn; alone with nobody on your ass to hurry it up. 9:19: OH OH! Somebody forgot to have water service disconnected.

I Rebuilt 50 Redland Court Road In Minecraft Recently
He is afraid to hurt the house. Lol
Shame it was replaced with 2 houses
The New Ones Are Even Smaller And Look Like Trash
Roadblock124 I have been around the new building it is 3 floors so bigger than the single one before! Very nice inside!
@John Yapp Ok I Kinda Like Them Now
Nice house
Falsche Schaufel. Mit einem Greifer wäre der zehn mal schneller
Oh goodness, all I asked him to do was change my clothes line pole
At 8 min the operator begins to show off his skills
Why does it take so long
This Guy should break for Lunch & Come Back Next Week Sometime!
What is this? A brick by brick Demo? Talk about S L O W !!!
It was slow because being so close to next door the vibration could cause cracks!
Very thin walls in that house. Cost a lot of energy to ceep the rooms warm in winter.
They didnt use the concrete block only bricks
a very slow operator is he scared of damaging the house? It is nearly painful to watch
What happened to the second story floors? Why are they already gone?
most like they were removed to be re used
They removed the wooden floors so they could just knock the walls to the inside.

but…. but…. Why ?
Subsidence.
Underpinning ?
@@MrLuke6593 It would be much too expensive to underpin.
quit skipping
Someone's pride and joy..gone
Disgrace
What Asin!!!
It must have been heart breaking making the decision to know down this beautiful house but you had little choice. What precautions are you taking to make sure the new house doesn’t subside? Good luck by the way.
Andrew Field the new houses had so many concrete piles put in that they will never shift...I have film of it all being built, I need to post it on here...watch out for it sometime, thanks for commenting!
John I look forward to seeing the house being built and wish you the best of luck.
Old way of farming
@@yapproger did they get rebuilt????????
Wow he’s good. Could hardly believe he was balancing that steel beam on the bucket back :o
What skilful, careful and considerate demolition is going on here although it is an ignominious end for such a lovely looking house. Why did it have to be replaced with two semis I wonder instead of one dwelling?
JOHN HEALY Unfortunately subsidance took its toll. It's nice to see it taken down with care and only 2 houses in replacement. The normal thing these days, is to have an housing association buy a nice old house like this *with nothing wrong with it* and put 200 lego brick houses, with no architectual design in its place.
He was reclaiming some materials plus keeping vibrations down, not to shake the adjoining property too much! I have footage to edit re the rebuild of the 2 replacement houses, which I’ll add sometime!
you never added the rebuild footage
Roadblock124 I am very sorry I haven’t done it yet, I have it all here safely, somehow there is never time, I’ll try to make some, bare with me!

Definitely paid by the hour ! Sloooooooow!
Demolition here isn’t rushed .... have hse breathing down your neck for unsafe practice ..... so if it took a month it wouldn’t matter
he's slow ...he's fired
rcb4554 speed not important they had weeks to take it down
actually by demolition standards this is kinda fast
0:49 Emily wants to play clock chime
Stupid demolition. This was a really beautiful house.
Clément 2000 unfortunately it had subsidence as it was built on a rubbish tip I was told!
Clément 2000 No it was shite. Smash the old sucker down!
Clément 2000 Fair enough. I just like busting old stuff up. When we do new wave urbex smash fest in an abandoned building, we always try and a bit of demo. Sometimes you can trip the roof trusses etc even without a machine. Just use props and some rope. Pull out the props from a safe distance and bingo!

Hope The New Homes Subside In 2021
How old was the building when it was torn down?
It is in the style of the Art and Craft movement typical of wealthier family villas of the time. These were built between WW1 and WW2 but i would estimate this as typical of classic 1930's. home. So about 80 to 90 years old. The housing built in the uk from 1890 to 1940 were generally made well and of good quality and solid.
He is either showing off or just having fun.
Very good equipment operator.
