In this video we have explained how to back up your machine in less than 1 min. it is very easy to take backup of all the machine user data like parameter, program, offset, plc timer counter etc. Please follow the steps to take and load SRAM data files. We need to go in boot menu and sram data utility. SRAM data can be backed up in flash card.

In this video we have explained to check any input output signal in fanuc cnc machine. We can set any signal and trace it to milli second. We can see any fluctuation in input output signal. I this video we have explained how to take backup of all part program with one command .We have to type o-9999 and output for taking cnc program backup . We can open ALL PROG .TXT file in computer notepad and view all program and program command .In case to SRAM data loss in CNC all program backup is very helpful.

We have explained , how to protect cnc part program in FANUC control machine. Using Fanuc parameter 3210 and 3211 password can be set on 9000 series parameter , Fanuc parameter 3202 -NE9 used to enable and disable password protection function.

Fan is for cooling purpose of electronic cktry in case of 2 wire fan off in-between,it will not generate alarm, which is for drive safety.
