Port city is 99 years rental and 1.9Billion USD project started already in port city and planed to 25Billion USD each year after full construction. All the workers and employment done from Sri Lankan population which create more jobs and benifitial for the country and its citizen. Every development done in Colombo was good investments.Sri Lanka GDP per capita was 4300USD before the crisis and was an upper middle income country and the end of 2024 or early 2025 will become a upper middle income country again as per predictions. Has high HDI and thats why more investments were coming and Colombo became the most rapidly developing city in 2019 before easter attacks and covid.
