On serving, there often times is suffuring because "the righteous are greatly afflicted." I hope I'm in the race to be the right hand man. My synopsis is not to just an emphasis on ministry, but on the ability to suffer in my own body as i crucify myself with Christ. The body is a temple and inside it is the spirit of God. If i am not being crucified, Jesus is, but... If i am the one crucified to supress the lusts of the flesh and its affections, i have layed up for me an incoruptable crown because of the sanctification of my own body. Similarlly to that suffering, if i can die a martyr, going through whatever i havent to even, as long as i good fast, i can have a crown of life. And looking forward to anticipate the day of the lord, a crown of righteousness, that is if i have fait with works. You see, the passage you have read os ultimatly about how we reign with Jesus. Here os competition, even with ourselves because what we would it cost. Some of it is time, but i Cam tell you a lot os pleasure.

Unity is not powerful. Unity presumes that everyone is thinking the same thing, doing the same things. But any CEO knows that, to get the best results, you need the contrarian. You need a mix of ideas and viewpoints. You need that tension. You need the HARMONY of a symphony orchestra, every player playing their disparate parts, but the whole becomes a masterpiece. If they all played the same thing, they and we would be bored out of our minds. That's why "unity" is the WRONG word. Besides, god's not good with unity. He got all bent out of shape when the people unified around the goal of elevating to heaven - so much so that the god that's not the god of confusion CONFUSED the languages (which by the by we can prove didn't happen with language development around the world, but hey....).
