Funny what has been said on this video. They are now doing trials of keto diet because most cancer cells cant use keytones as fuel. Most cancer cells use glucose as energy. Early small trials have shown a shrinking of tumors on a keto diet. There are certain types of cancer than can use keytones but the numbers are small. I see on here they are still pushing high carb high sugar diet that has made everybody sick in the last 50 years. The same diet pyramid has been pushed since the 70s and they still dont learn. Our natural diet is high saturated fat, high meat. The only veg we need is green veg that feeds gut microbial. These dietitians are working from 50 year old books. 23 years ago i was diagnosed type 2 diabetic, they preached the same diet back then, but now they realise it is wrong. What is a healthy oil. They dont say but I bet it is toxic seed oils. The healthy oils are lard, beef tullow, and butter. Beef has nearly ever nutrient we need. Anybody who follows this diet will get sick. We dont need carbs to survive, there are no essential carbs. Meat and green veg is all you need to eat, no sugar, honey or maple syrup, no carbs. Fructose found in sugar and in fruit is toxic to the liver, the liver breaks down fructose the same way it breaks down alcohol. The body cant process fructose. Smoothiea are the worst thing to have.
