In math, the word "and" is used when you have a number with a decimal. the number 101 is actually "one hundred one" I am surprised that only one person was aware.....
Disagree. I was always taught that we use 'and' when referring to tens of units. How do you even use and with a decimal? 20.5 = twenty and five? We would say twenty point five

I think 'I feel the most pity for her' is the most natural, but it might depend on the conversation, and if there is a particular nuance.
