I have no clue of the plot. But I'ma give you a thumbs up anyway for...🤔🤔🤔
Dumb movement. You'll never be able to properly stimulate your posterior chain during the first half of the movement because you will always be limited by the amount of weight you can shoulder press during the second half of the movement.
Oh, poor Josh. Everyone reading...don't be like Josh. Josh, pick up dumbbell at 70% of your pressing capacity. Do this movement for let's just say 5 sets of 12 reps and get back to me. Actually don't get back to me. But just do it! ;)
@@BuiltForTheStagemaybe try actually shoulder pressing and not looking dumb in vids like this 👍
@@joshsmith2723 Josh...it's a single arm push press. it's a core accessory lift of olympic lifting that has been done for centuries... you're talking to the wrong guy if you want to challenge the movement... you'll have to speak to every fitness expert before you were even born. Stick to working your thumbs out with the gaming. Let me take care of the fitness thing.
@@BuiltForTheStage keep writing books but you'll never be able to justify the unnecessary picking it up off of the floor before pressing thing lmao
@@joshsmith2723 Perhaps you're confused due to the size of the dumbbell. It's a video demo. A working weight for me would be somewhere between 50 to 75 lbs. Plenty of weight to challenge the posterior during a single arm power clean. Grab a 70 lb dumbbell and try it for 10 reps and get back to me about if your posterior was challenged...
Such a great chat! You ask such great questions Joe, and absolutely adore you Tanvi! 🥰

Useless and stupid
He could hinge forward at the hips to hit his back and do a calf raise with his right foot, but he's probably too lazy
😂😂😂😂 best comment ever
