Yes we took a lot of things to charity shops mostly cancer research shops due to my daughter dying 18 months ago the rubbish stuff we had no option but take to the tip old and not working items and bits of wood ect , but good on you my friend hope you get it all sorted and enjoy your life / thanks for your input much appreciated

yes, i don't think people realise just how baltic they get. i wrote up thread : "as an ex-owner, they are also FREEZING outside of the warm summer months. I tracked the internal vs external temp in mine and the internal temp roughly stays around 4C above the outside temp if it's inhabited, without any heat source on, and that's because of all the vent holes in the floors, walls and ceilings which you can't block or cover up unless you want to turn the inside into a fish tank with all your clothes and furnishings going moldy from the condensation. Even in the summer, when the external overnight temp drops to low teens as is typical, you are mid teens at best inside, and that is chilly. You can imagine how miserable it is in the winter months! And don't be fooled by people telling you to get a "residential" spec van, because more insulation doesn't change the fact that all your heat still disappears straight out of the 300 vent holes all over it and if you like it warm you'll go through a 19kg gas bottle (around £45-50) in half a week. Holidaying in it in the summer? Yes. Living in it full-time? Hell no."

Totally agree as said in the video, this is what people need to check before buying it’s not an investment although we have been offered more than we paid for it and we know it’s not bricks and mortar but we have that too so we are very lucky that way.
