in Italy the firefighters still use the analogue system with selective audio on 73,000 MHz radio frequencies - your system is like science fiction. soon they will go digital with DMR.
None of what you just mentioned is multiband. You just tried to lie and decieve these other agencies and departments to try and talk em into getting that thing. 800mhz is UHF smartass.. AND THAT RADIO IS NOT MULTIBAND CAPABLE. YOU NEED A GE/HARRIS/MA-COM FOR THAT. ALSO SWAPPING MUNICIPALITIES IN THE MENU IS SMART ZONE... NOT MULTIBAND.
It most definitely is multi band. You can’t tell just from the control head what kind of brick he is running but to get VHF UHF and 7/800 he is running an APX8500 which is quad band. While yes 800mhz is technically UHf it is not UHF in the commercial radio world which I’m guessing you have no experience in. Commercial radio has 4 main bands. VHF UHF1,UHF 2 and 7/800mhz. Him swapping isn’t technically swapping bands bc you can mix and match channels of different bands but that is indeed a multi band radio.
Where can I buy that leather strap from?
VHF?
It has vhf, uhf, and 700/800 mhz
I like the pants and that beautiful belt too. Awesome radio❤👍🏻
Oh ok I love this training video about my radio

Very cool listen all the time on my scanners 😊
👍
The batteries can recondition themselves automatically if switched on on the charger base. There’s no need to contact headquarters. 🤦
