Played for the 77 and 78 BOMBERS Basketball teams and played adult league basketball with his father Joe Northrup! Joe was a great ball player also, but LANDON is on a different level!! I see this team in the top 5 in State if they continue to improve!!

The Tri-City herald had picked Kennewick to beat us convincingly during the 88 season. At halftime, that prediction seemed right on track. In the epic 2nd half, we witnessed the beginning of the legend of Nate Holdren. Many Richland fans left at halftime only to realize their mistake as they listened on the radio during the drive back home.

For 30 years, I hated to think about this game. With some perspective, I came back to see once and for all, how Richland somehow lost this game. So much size, speed, and talent on the Richland side, but it didn't take very long before the number of penalties and mistakes piled up to absurdity. It's no consolation, but we nearly overcame all of it, and still had a chance to win in the fourth quarter. Kennewick was a well-drilled and hardworking team. Against them, we couldn't get away with so many mistakes. Does anyone doubt that we would have won the state title, had we not tripped over ourselves against Kennewick?

I go to RHS and am in orchestra. This is a really fun song to play. The orchestra joins the band for the graduation ceremony. I quite enjoy the song. (It does get a little old after the 4th or 5th time through it)

Also don't forget that the Tri-City Herald picked the 1990 Richland football team to finish 4th in the Big 9. Undersized, but very strong and very fast.
