Drifting pros driving high powered cars in Mobara circuit. Nobuteru Taniguchi, Nobushige Kumakubo, Kazuhiro Tanaka, Masatoshi Asamoto, Takahiro Ueno.
hello :)
Yes, this is amazing and something I like...
awesome
God i love this music: Engine Reving feat. Tire Sqeek remix by Dj Turbo Spool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@talkingelement You know nothing
yeahhh nice
very good
@Chris4Ibra No I'm trying to say that when you over-estimate the probability of something bad happening, as you are doing in this case, it inhibits your ability to enjoy your life. Lets call it driftophobia
@fookfocketyfookfook ORLy? what is more possible??? are you serious?? so you are trying to base on math and tell me that crashing is as possible as a meteor falling and killing you?? Please.
@Chris4Ibra Yeah he can't be sure that a meteor won't strike him in his car. But he can make a guess based on probabilities. That enables him to live a little
@fookfocketyfookfook you can never be sure about danger. It doesn't matter if it is illigal or not, even the Drift king Keiichi tchuchiya cant be sure.
Furthermore, to do so on a race track or driving school costs several hundred euros a go. In your late teens and early twenties you get a lot of mad urges to do stuff like this, instead of criminalising these urges governments should be schooling kids in racing and drifting for free. Think of it this way, if you did make a small mistake or the road was slippy or your tyres were worn out, who would react better to the loss of control... this guy or you?
@Chris4Ibra You never know.... but I do. I'm into cars and have done a lot of illegal stuff in them over the years, the guys that crash are the guys that eat french fries while changing radio stations and just decide to throw it into a drift cause they feel like it. Some people however like to explore the limits of their car in a safe environment, learning this gives you immense protection in the case of an actual problem, because you stay calm and control the car.
@fookfocketyfookfook ok i didn't say he is insane or stupid or something. but if you make a small mistake, or the road is slippery for some reason, or your tyres have wore out.... all iw ant to say is that stupid things happen. He clearly has taken measures but you never know. drive safe.
@Chris4Ibra He's got a spotter and there's no-one around. People not paying attention kill people he's clearly paying attention.
@Tubesmaney i like this comment... who ever took you dorifting... made sure you crapped your pants... HAHAHAHHA epic right here, thumbs up to your expireince
My friend's son took me drifting a few weeks ago. I thought we were going to destroy ourselves and die. Honestly I was scared sh*tless. I made peace with my maker that day. I've driven road bikes at 140 mph on California freeways - and once drove a kart my neighbor made that had a GSXR 1000 motor in it, at over a hundred. But I was not prepared for this. These videos give no indication of how fast and violent it actually is. Cheers,
fantastic
Fantastic!
just 1 mdfker dont like this vid.....
leaving it in gear 2nd provides engine braking on the front wheels but none on the back so the car has resistance on the front and not the back all the wheight shifts to the front and the back wheels loose traction and slide dont worry i know this i have a 1.3 echo it works really good
drifting???
you'll get an assload of understeer. no matter how fast your going, i doubt any fwd car will step out like that.
just pressing it without throttle...
You will kill someone driving like that
i am pretty sure its a HKS Super SQV , cuz the car is fitted with a HKS GT-RS Turbo kit, with a GT2835 ball bearing. That kit come with a SSQV . Thats for taniguchi's S15
agree and u also have to keep pressing the clutch as you turn the wheel...helps...
look at this comment from the best driver in the world *rolls eyes* yes its not a sports car, clearly has soft as hell suspension etc etc, thats why its so brave to get that kind of angle at that speed... just because its not tsuchiya four wheel sliding a 34 doesn't mean it's not cool...
Try accelerating to 60 mph or a bit more, turnyourr wheel hard in any direction and see what happens
"scandinavian flick" :D
No e-brake ?!
wow .. i'm seriously impressed .. this thing is hard with a big car ... never tried with a little car but i guess it's harder cuz u need more force to "lose control" so more speed!
it actually sounds like the trust type-r valve
GODDAMNIT! I'm impressed.
yeah... scandinavian flick works :D
i'm impresed
^^ well its true!
check ur wheel balancing and tracking. yeah the yaris tends to roll to the front left alot in rounys but only at 50kmh. mines lowered end suspensions stiffened with racing seats so flicking thru a corner like that is some craic.
classic.
thats because the concept of centrifugal force scares you...
Goes to show that BOVs are not necessary. These guys dont run them from the sound of compressor surge and these guys are professionals too.
same wut I was thinking.. pretty brave throwing it into the corner like that.
Any body nows the name of the dumpvalve in the two first cars? s15 Great video..
compressor surge out the asss
Its front wheel drive, so dipping the clutch would make the front wheels lose traction (maybe).
quality that
gotta have balls to try that....i have a yaris and it feels unsteady at roudabouts!!!
sorry to tell you this but scandanavian flick (Manji Drifting) is still drifting
awesome video!!!
holy crap!! I'm not from your continent, so forgive me if I'm wrong, but is that a front wheel drive drifting on pure inertia? Either way, you're totally insane! massive respect for you! :D
