Thank you for this sweet reminder of keeping our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, especially in the changing seasons of life... I have been a Kindergarten teacher and there is nothing sweeter than to see life through the eyes of a young, innocent child... it also challenges one to believe and trust in the LORD as children trust and believe... some of the best and most memorable experiences I've had in life have been being surrounded by my little "chicken nuggets"; the love, laughter and the feeling of being needed they brought daily were essential to the healing of my heart and soul... I thank God for those years, they were precious and very special! I encourage you, dear sister, to keep pressing in and trust the process, you will be amazed at how much your faith in God will grow and how you'll learn to see and love people as He does... God bless and keep you on your journey...🙏

"I'm from Chicago 😂." Of COURSE you would be used to the cold, Pastor Leo. As you mentioned about conferences/retreats, it was like that here at your old church Bethel (MD, USA). For years, the women had conferences and retreats, but the men were relegated to events and wishing we had retreats like the women (no gym fellowship, though that would be kind of interesting). Finally, this past September, the Bethel men had their first EVER men's retreat. So there's hope for you yet! 😂 Convicted by the praise and your message. It's healthy to follow other churches that are rooted/grounded in the Gospel and to see their perspectives, and I hope to someday visit CLS in the flesh if I ever visit Korea again. Also, thanks for dissin American fruit man. Come on!!! 😂😂😂 But $30 for mango is pretty wild. Some places here in the States charge around that much for a single Korean pear, so we're even.
