How To Actually Remember Summer 2024
As we get older, it gets increasingly harder to remember the Summer and often times it can feel like time just keeps passing and we can't do anything to stop our boredom. But, when we were kids, it just felt like Summer lasted forever and we had heaps more fun. So, I think there is a way to get back some of that childhood fun.
To do so, you need to remake a Summer bucket list but I will show you how to change it so that it actually works as an adult
If you use this bucket list, I can guarantee that you will start to feel WAY LESS bored in your life and actually remember Summer 2024! It took me ages to figure out that the reason I was so sad, overwhelmed and bored was because I wasn't enjoying my day-to-day life. After all, how you spend your days is how you spend your life. However, since I have started to use this bucket list, I have finally started to feel happy and enjoy my life again.
The best part is that this is the easiest method for beginners who want to start improving their productivity. Or, if you are a pro at this, later in the video, I give you some tips and secrets of how you can level up your bucket list and take it to the next level.
So, in this video I give you a three step tutorial on how to start bucket list. This is the best method for beginners and will help you to maximise your daily productivity and remember Summer 2024!
Best,
Olly :)

    I use it for the same purpose. As the first or second generation of the middle class in the 21st century we have no idea what to do with our lives, we don't want to dedicate ourselves entirely to work or having a family, but what is there besides that? It is an individual search. Each person has to find a way to make sense of this nonsense. I'm not saying it's right or wrong, it's just the way it is. I found a lot of satisfaction in starting a second career at 29 years old. It's literary studies, what does it mean? It is useless, the only thing it is useful for is to enjoy reading and learning. And if in the future I can dedicate myself to something that escapes the logic of production I will continue to be happy lol

    • @ollystaniland
      @ollystaniland 6 днів тому

      That is such a good point! How are we supposed to find what we want to do with our life when there are so many options but at the same time so few that feel meaningful to pursue. I like the idea of an 'individual search'. Paradoxically, the way we find out the most about ourselves is by interacting with other people and finding out things about ourselves, only when another person reveals those things. Hopefully if you are enjoying the Literary Studies course, you can find meaning in the happiness of that and worry about the logistics later haha. Hope you're having a great day and welcome to the channel :)

      Hi, so cool that you have found the channel and thank you so much for your kind words. It's interesting that you mention feeling overwhelmed, there's been a few comments liked that. What I will say is, I like the idea that we have to be thoughtful with our goals and time. The reality is, we only have a certain amount of hours in the day etc and it is impossible to do everything we might have planned or aspire to achieve. So, we should pick no more than 4 things, but make sure that these are all things that are the most rewarding. Likelihood is, these will be the most challenging things that encourage us to learn the most. Hopefully that helped a little but I am aware one of the main things that makes us feel overwhelmed is not having a good grasp of time management. So, the video tonight will hopefully be of help to you, keep an eye out for the 'crash calendar'. All the best, Olly :)

      Thanks for writing back! I really liked one of your lines about 'am I productive or am I simply busy'. I will try this out, picking on 4 most important things. Best wishes and looking forward to your video. :) Until next time, Shyl.

    Since u are making short videos i think u can try making shorts to gain traction and try venture into podcast. i think ppl would like to listen to u talk. if u hav time u could even do a bit of streaming like a body doubling thing. congrats and good luck btw.

      Hey, thanks so much for your kind words. I did experiment a little with shorts but found that they were too time consuming and wanted to focus on improving the quality of my main videos. Podcasts are an interesting suggestion, this might be something I look into doing in the next few months. In the meantime, I am focussing on increasing the quality of my videos and potentially upping my output to 2 videos per week. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for future video ideas. All the best, Olly :)

    I know that feeling. It's so exciting to have a video go viral. Two of ours got over 100K views which is viral for us. They kept getting views for quite a long time. Best of luck to you!

      Honestly, it is one of the best feelings in the world haha but I am sure that you don't need me to tell you that. Awesome to hear about the continued growth. Do you have any idea what causes the videos to take off like that haha, I am still not too sure? Thank you and good luck to you both (and the cats) too :)

    What if you have more goals? And what if you for example already have six pack so it’s not a big goal but you still want to go to the gym daily but you now have even more goals? I mean it’s hard to peak just 3, even if you achieve them you want to maintain them so this kinda makes you stuck
