This house might be nice, who knows. You certainly cant tell from this video. I stopped watching the first time at the point where it jumped around at the pool. I tried again thinking it might be a youtube problem but no. I gave up as the camera moved up the stairs from the lower level inside then jumped again to who knows where. I dont know the demographic you are aiming for with these videos but if its predominantly older (retired or heading that way) overseas buyers then this video is a big fail. Its very hard to actually see a room when the camera does not settle in one spot for long enough to see it. This is particularly true in outside areas where there is also light and shade to contend with. Add to this the jump shots or sudden zoom in or whatever it was and you just give up as it becomes hard to follow the flow of the house nor see whats on offer. I hope this feedback is useful.

What is the noise in the background. It sounds like a busy road but you describe the house as peaceful so it's a bit confusing.

Geez, that one house up at the top where the pool looks like It was a very nice place at one time and it looked like it used to be well taken care of but it looks like it's been totally ransacked with broken windows. I'm sure it's a mess inside. Anyway, the pool is very nice. I am surprised there's not dead leaves all around the pool lol.😊 Anyway, the people that live in the first house you showed in the upstairs bedroom. They have one of those air conditioners with the tube. You're supposed to stick the tube out a window and you are supposed to cardboard it up and tape it so no air comes in ..these people have the tube just stuck outside the door with the door open. All they're doing is air conditioning The outside😅 it has to be enclosed. The tube has to be enclosed so they would have to enclose it somehow with the two doors and fill up the space with cardboard and tape so they're actually air conditioning the house and not spending tons of money air conditioning the outside hahah 😅 But otherwise the house on the bottom is very nice. A lot of stairs but very nice,, 😁✌️

Nice! The outside spaces are pretty well arranged. So cute! Hopefully the owners take their belongings (indoors) along with them after the sale as, for now, it's quite cramped and one couldn't breathe in this "limbo"... Yet very pretty house! And cosy studio.

It would be very polite to move the camera a little bit slower not to get dizzy from watching.
