sir i am 17 year old male from Nagpur i have patella alta, trochlear pateller dysplasia type c shallow patellar grove and hyper laxity in body and due to all of these 1.5 months ago my left patella dislocated and after mri scan it came out i broke my mpfl near comepletely and acl partially but my orthopedic surgeon sugested me conservetive treatment cause he bilives that i am young and mpfl and acl can heal on its own i am also attending my physiotherapy sessions from 11 days everything seems fine but i am scared that it will happen again so any suggestions from you will be appreciated and please guide me how to deal with all of these problems without surgery and what steps to take to avoid reecurrent dislocations and how to completely maeke my right knee safe from dislocation
