So many impractical things in this kitchen. I have a large sink that came with the drain rack and cutting board which is more practical than the farmhouse sink and that cutting board slot. Better to have a drawer there or a cupboard in the space instead of the boards. I also made an appliance cabinet in the corner on top of the counter to stow my electric cooker, blender etc. I just slide them out when needed and they’re happily out of sight other times. Much better than lift them out of lower cabinet etc. That lower pullout corner shelf and the double door larder is something I really enjoy in my kitchen. Highly recommend!

I don't see the point in 4 of them. The pocket door is just there to be there. No purpose at all. Sockets in the worktop are just waiting to get water damaged. Sure the seal will hold up a couple month or years but someday there will be water where no water should be. The drawers allright, just don't care about the bespokeness but something like that's needed. Towelrack, again you need towels but it's kinda wasted space and always an extra hassle to open (especially without hardware to open the drawer) and when open it's in the way so my guess is, the towel will just end up on the worktop as always. And boiling hit water is just the thing I always want to put my hands in. Remind me, why do I need that on tap?

They're very expensive though.

I prefer a design that avoids those corner cabinets. With al the trickery there is, it's still kinda wasted space. I'd rather have a full/tal cabinet on the wall and leave space in front of it. Ideally that space is uses for a door or window.

Nobody "needs" heat generating appliances inside a closed wood cabinet. The fire department will agree.

Manufacturers recommend keeping it at room temp for best flavor, and that goes for mustard..it it only stated on bottles to refrigerate after opening to fulfill their liability
