One of my closest friends took her life last night and I am in a storm of emotions today. She and I bonded over Anberlin and saw them play in New Jersey years back. She was so much stronger than me. I don’t get why this has to happen. If only saw the note she left in time I could have at least told her I loved her.

It’s funny how I met this song. I knew a girl that visit my town sometimes since we were kids. My uncle had this song in his pc years ago and I listened. At that time I went on vacation in another city, when I fell in love so hard by this girl, that couldn’t tell her or do anything even when she showed me all the signs, she wanted too. Idk, I was young and afraid of all this feelings, somehow I got frozen. When Back to my town, I told her my feelings by MSN and she responded the same way. We never talk to each other properly after this. Many years passed since then, I live with my gf. She lives with her bf and have a kid now, even so I never could get her out of my mind. Anyway, I always thought this song was made as if I said that to her. Now I think it’s the opposite. At least I could learn something: make mistakes is better than regret about missed opportunities.
