About skin type telengectasia how many skin types it works?
Capillaries on skin type 1.2.3. These type of lesions are mainly seen on fair skin types. SO you can treat most of your patients. As soon as too many melanin pigments are present, the laser is absorbed by melanin pigments before it reaches the capillaries.
This is a very well made clip. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended for any clinician interested to set up a laser service in their clinic

The wavelength 445nm is among the non ionizing radiations Unlike UV radiations which are ionising and create DNA damage potentially leading to skin cancer. Many practitioners of the K-Laser BLUE Derma are doctors in skin cancer clinics. Can 690 nm be used
The 690nm is red light For acne, red light will have some effect for healing and but antiseptic properties are more obvious with blue light (in the 400'snm) The Blue derma device has 445nm -66nm and 970nm (Blue, red and near infrared laser light) So it brings the best of each wavelengths (healing and antiseptic properties)
