I thought you were supposed to go above and below the joint?
You can. I like using this one specifically when doing it for golfers or tennis elbow. If you are focusing on increasing the elbow joint mobility, I would do it above and below.

Definitely! I actually have a video for this that I will be posting in the week. But the same principle applies as the elbow. Start the floss around your hand and wrap it up your wrist.

Kyle, i like your videos. i enjoyed following along, but remove the shoes and just do socks that is good for mobility mechanics in the workouts and foundational mechanics. i like the way you explain and working out w/ your vids. could u do a video on the sit and reach hamstring test. 💙 Kim
