Howdy! My name is Cassidy, I'm in Washington State (Zone 6a - 6b).
Currently an apartment dweller keeping track of my gardening and homesteading efforts in hopes that one day me and husband will have a happy handful of acres that is wild and blooming and alive! The "One day" goals include 10+ acres, layer ducks, meat chickens, expansive gardens, food preservation and fully living in the abundance and connection to nature that homesteading can bring!

Grow Light Stand Build Video (Chatty)(First Video Ever!)
After 10 years of MacGyvering ways to use my grow light, I finally built a wooden stand for it!
It's not perfect, but it's here and it works and it's mine!
Now with a designated space for the grow-light we can sprout some cute little seedlings in the coming months and get a jumpstart on our tiny balcony container garden!
(I'm not used to recording so the videos you may occasionally hear in the background are from Jess @RootsandRefugeFarm , I highly recommend her channel(s), they are super inspiring and educational!)
