I tired that oil, and I couldn't go for more than 2 days without having to wash my hair again. My hair is very fine, but medium. I thankfully have found a regrowth routine that works for me, and I've seen significant hair growth. I can still get it highlighted 3-4 months and go between 4-6 days between washes depending on my shampoo and conditioning routine. Please use a bond repair hair mask at least once a week and use a leave in conditioner before applying serum to the mids and ends. Also giving myself scalp massages everyday had worked wonders for me. Less is more. I'll use a scalp exfoliator once or twice a month and a rice water rinse (both by hairitage by mindy) once a month. By my trinity products are bond repair shampoo and conditioner rotating that with a clarifying shampoo and conditioner once every other week (I use a hair mask on those days) then apply a leave in conditioner in damp hair every wash and follow by a light ogx coconut milk serum. I don't use heat other than a blow dryer after my hair is about 85% dry. I dropped heat styling but if I do I def use the tresseme thermal protection. Those have all helped me so much. My stylist can't believe what a difference my hair has made and is healthier than ever with so much new regrowth. I get compliments all the time on the shine, health, thickness, and how soft my hair is, even while still getting it highlighted about 3 times a year
