WOW! That departure with the Atlas 747F landing on 34L was awesome! I flew into Sydney in 2022 on Qantas and there was an Atlas 747F waiting for us to land on 34L. I was filming the touch down and freaked out in my head when i saw it 'cuz I'd never seen a B747 before. Good memories 👍

great report on your flight. i loved how the engine outside your window turned yellow inside (im guessing it was the sunset that caused this) but it looked cool. Your meal looked delish, What did you mean by... Qantas meal proportions?? too small or too much? also, what is the difference between a Qantas plane and a QantasLink plane ?? anyone know out there ?

if you pay for Business class.... even if your not 18 yrs old... that shouldnt stop you eating the food on display, only the alcohol would be banned. id be soooo peeed off if that was me. the meal on the short flight to Sydney looked delish. So that kinda made up for their rudeness.... there again - NO it doesnt. I hope you reported it. enjoy your trips and look forward to your next report

👍Another good review, Jordan. What a shame about lounge access👎. For such a short flight (MEL-SYD) it's probably fine, but even on a trip from AKL to SYD on one of these A330-200s (VH-EBL), only one toilet in the business cabin for 28 pax just doesn't cut it.

Nice review. Sadly QF only does 1 daily A330 service SYD-MEL in both directions per day post COVID, usually the last flight of the day for operational requirements. Before COVID it used to be some in the morning and later afternoon peak hours. They're now deploying those internationally.

QUESTION: do you have to take what ever seat they offer you or can you still request a window seat. Id love to go on a trip next year (its been years) but not sure how it all works now. if you can id love a reply please... or anyone else who flies a lot, much appreciated. :)

I havent flown for awhile and it was all done for us the last time. haha. I wish you had mentioned how much the business class was sydney to melbourne. id love to fly business class (anywhere) and tick it off my bucket list. the brekky looked delish. i noticed your video was over a year ago. youve prob forgotten about it by now. hope you hve put up more videos.

Nice breakfast for a hour's flight.

As I watch your reports, I can't get over the fact that there are so many long announcements made, oftentimes repeating the same info multiple times...is this typical of Qantas service? I am impressed with them serving a small meal on a flight of 1hr or so! Take care.
