You guys make it look so easy and I want to order one of these. Quick question are the Alpine or Sony units better? Which do you recommend? Also do you retain all the OEM settings to change the locking , system car settings etc? I never see you show that? Or do I lose all that with one of these?

What about to use the same factory radio and adding an amplifer?

I got the plug and play alpine 511 from you. Would you say getting also the alpine speaker kit would go better with my 511. Or the kicker would be just as good? Or make much difference

Great videos! Im really looking forward to diving into my 2014 1794 edition. I’ve hated the stereo system since I bought the truck new but always been confused by the JBL system. I want to start with replacing the speakers, can the stock JBL amp push all these speakers? I expect the volume wouldn’t be as loud as I might want, but as long as it can run them safely I can add an amp kit down the road. As the others, I do wish you had more purchase options, I would like to buy a turn key bundle or maybe the option of just selling the harnesses, mainly the amp harness. (I’d prefer a more powerful 5-channel)

Where in the world is the JBL amp bypass kit for the 4 Runner??? I was told by Trail Grid Pro via email that the kit was already finished a few months ago.

Do you know if having the 38 gallon fuel tank affects the part that is needed to be cut out or if it’s the same regardless?

Is this comparable to the oem audio plus sound system?

I have a 2020 Pro with the stock JBL system & stock JBL sub. Would this enhance that? Or is this intended for non-JBL 4Runners only? Thanks for clarifying.

For those that have the 7 speaker JBL system do you recommend replacing the amp to maximize the sound of the new kicker speakers or does that amp that’s included with the JBL system only power the sub?

I’m interested in this alpine f511. Can I plug in a fire stick to my factory usb and play my fire stick off of it ? One thing I’m looking for is to be able to play movies or UA-cam.

Why does it not work with the stock mic?
