Glad you and your family are safe and well. Don't sweat that tournament! Nobody did real well in that tournament and nobody is beating Josh on LETRA. He has that lake figured out! I was bummed that I couldn't participate but hearing all the horror stories about it, I'm glad I didn't! Maybe next season we will have the opportunity to compete or just fish together.

Hey dude cool video! I’ve been trout fishing here a few times but would like to try smallmouth towards the end of summer. Where did you put your kayak in at? Not sure if I’ll need mine that time of year but would like the option if it’s worth bringing.

Great trip! Went there one time in the winter near Tishomingo and it was crowded with people. We hiked a trail along to get away from the crowed area and we came across a guy sitting in a chair fishing with a shotgun under his chair lol. Said hi to him and asked if he caught anything yet. He said yes, and he brought his shotgun to keep folks away from his honey hole! We kept going and found a spot to fish caught some nice ones.

I love my Old Town 106 PDL. I considered Native for a bit, but after a lot of internet research I was leaning more towards Old Town. I didn’t have a chance to try before I bought anything. Just worked hard for a year saving up. FB Marketplace is your friend for kayaks and trailers. I got my OT lightly used on there for less than $2000. My trailer came free from my dad but needed to be rebuilt. Luckily we had the space and skills to do it. I’ve seen some good deals on trailers on FB, but even better deals on non working jet skis and boats that come with trailers. I’ve heard of people keeping the trailers then reposting the boat/jet ski online for free and it disappearing pretty quickly. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I started out in a cheap Sundolphin. That upgrade is the best feeling in the world!

I've fished Blue River. Its better thru winter into sping months otherwise it is seriously snakey AF till Fall. Good trout fishing in places in thru winter
