Official Rules for Earl's March of the Nutcracker Giveaway
Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

This giveaway is organized and administered by The Magic Lives On.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with UA-cam, Universal Studios, or any other entity.
How to Enter:
Complete the entry form provided in the video description. (forms.gle/CGQMqRvyDAsYQuAH6)
By completing the entry form and providing your email address, you consent to sign up for our monthly newsletter. You may opt-out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Only one entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entries must be received by 9:00 AM EST on December 7, 2024.
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins on November 28, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST, and ends on December 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive an Earl's March of the Nutcracker Treasure Map and Ornament set. Approximate retail value (ARV): $14.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The winner will be notified via email provided on the entry form within 48 hours after the contest closes.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or to modify or cancel the giveaway for any reason.
Release of Liability:
