Loved the video! Can you give us the name of your supplier for the spiral notebook? I've created a notebook using Amazon kdp but it doesn't give the option for spiral.

Where do you find the girl pic at? I can make my own logo I just can't figure out where to get the doll picture

Lovely vid and subject matter Corina - yoga and mindfulness and intuition all very close to your heart, at the essence of whom you are the many years I have known you, growing annually in the expression of same. Coincidentally whilst having a soak in the bath and meditating this morning, I watched a short documentary on Amazon called 'Insaei' which is Icelandic for 'Intuition'. They described the word as having a threefold meaning 1) the ocean within 2) how one sees oneself within and 3) how one looks at the world, situations and people from the inside out (empathy or interbeing). They were actually teaching young children (juniors 7 or 8) this concept and helping them to understand and control their emotions (especially negative ones like anger and anxiety) as well as being 'mindful' of their own needs and behaviours and those of others. It is very gratifying to see this movement of mindfulness and empathy being taught in schools now - much of it to counteract the disconnect between children and nature nowadays as well as their strong attachments to violent and destructive computer games. There is a part for your books on these subjects to play for both adults and children IMO and I wish you well with promoting and selling them (I have bought them all from Amazon as they were published and found them very helpful and fun). Well done. Looking forward to the next one. Dear readers - please buy Corina's books either for yourselves or as gifts for others - they are beautiful and practical and excellent value for money - an artist/writer has to eat so please support her in whatever way you can xx PS Tsk Corina - I notice you do not have a link for your book in the subtext.
