I thought I was on the left side and safe from engaging in the pit but nope myself and my brother were both thrust into the pit and were instantly planning our escape . We went from being in section L pre mosh to section I post mosh .So it's interesting to see this again from a perspective when not in survival mode . I don't think I even realized Lee crowd surfed till now.

Oh shiiiit, I was there for Frozen Soul, Obituary and Cannibal Corpse and I didn't get a chance to see them because I needed to leave early due to family emergencies. Thanks dude! 🤘

Alice in Chains with Layne Staley is one of my favorite bands. I can't listen to them without him it's just not very good. It's like listening to Nirvana or Soundgarden without Kurt or Chris. It just shouldn't happen.

Having seen them play live while Layne was still with us all I can say is ……. It’s just not the same .🫤. R.I.P. Mr.Staley . Hopefully their music will never die , that whole period of late 80’s - early 90’s Seattle Grunge was pure magic back then.
