our 43 inches LED TV have two channels. Each channel has 10 signals supply to the top board that goes to the LCD panel. However, our LCD panel has a partial damage. we need to identify which channel has a damage. That's why we tried to pull in and out the ribbon wire (the white one)to determine which channel has a partial damage. if we can able to determine which one, blocking signals will follow as what I did the 10 lines.

So it was just a hit and miss thing. Got it. 🤙

@@EdwinAlcontin Second question 🙋‍♂️ If I wanted to replace these, do they need to be the same exact part number. I realize this might be a dumb question but when I look up the part number of my tv on the internet it gives me every other part put that one. Just wondering if they are interchangeable. Maybe as long as they have they the same number of points or whatever they are called perhaps? 🤔

voltage checking po muna kayo sir. hang nyo po muna ang supply papuntang flyback. tapos magvoltage check kayo. kung merong boltahe, matapos nyo maghang, ibig sabihin, nasa circuit sa flyback at horizontal output ang sira. kadalasan, sila lang ang palaging nasisira naman pagkadyan na banda

@@TanerEminoglu I have same model and same problem. when I covered 4/8/10 pins from right side of right ribbon there is no flickering but I don't have colors on one side. did you managed to fix it?

please, approach a qualified technician in your area sir. yes, that's a hard trouble. LCD panel problem

kulang talaga ang detalye sir. akalain mo ba naman na pinag-aralan namin to ng ,mahanang panahon tapos sasabihin lang namin sa iilang minuto lamang. kung ayaw mong maniwala na merong tape method, hindi po namin kayo pinipilit. ito lang maaring i mungkahi ko sa inyo, magtanong ka din sa ibang legit na technician kung meron bang tape method o tama ba ang nasa video. salamat sa panonood.

thankyou for the comment. it is really a good question. you have a desire to know more. my video alone cannot answer your question. However, there is a serries of seminars on how the LCD panel works may available in online session.

The other lines compensate for the loss of the blocked lines.

no. The flex wire or ribbon wire is not the caused of the problem. some devices inside the LCD panel are shorted. So, we will block some signals going to the LCD Panel. Actually, the LCD panel have an initial damage. We cant totally fix it .Our method is the remedy only. By doing this, maybe the numbers of pixels will be affected

@@EdwinAlcontin Thank you for the quick reply. I have tcl 50’’ led with same problem that you just fixed. I guess i ll need to do hit and trial method to block the signals on the flex ribbon isolating pins one by one. Subscribed👍
